Shipping and Returns

Once an order is received, we will endeavour to dispatch all available items within 1-2 business days. Please allow for longer dispatch and delivery times during peak seasons. 

The time for items to be delivered will vary depending on the courier schedule.

Please ensure that any special requirements for the order are listed in the order comments section at the checkout. This may include:

• Store delivery hours
• Type of address (business or residential)
• Specific dispatch date
• Shipping charge enquiry

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a physical store address.
Deliveries to private residential addresses may incur an additional shipping surcharge from the courier. Please advise us if your address is a private residential address so we can send your order using an appropriate carrier to avoid the additional surcharge.

If an order has been attempted to be delivered and was not accepted, please note there may be additional charges incurred. Delivery charges are calculated in our warehouse and vary depending on the dimensions of the order.

Any additional shipping and delivery surcharges incurred for an order, will be passed on to you for payment.
